Question 1: Will I receive print proofs to approve?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, our production team will work on providing you with print proofs so you know exactly how your design will be displayed. As soon as you approve the artwork, this is what will go to print, so please check it carefully. You should receive this within 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Question 2: How do I send you my logo?

Simply click on the 'upload design button' when adding your order to the basket. This will add your artwork into your order.

Question 3: How many colours can I print?

We offer full colour CMYK print on all of our tote bags? Most companies charge per colour in your artwork. With us, we offer the option to print and many colours as you like for the same price.

Question 4: How big can I print my logo?

We offer a print area of 300mm x 260mm. This is the maximum capability of our full colour printer. If you would like further printing capabilities such as edge -to edge print or handle printing, please get in touch with our team about fully customisable tote bags.

Question 5: I don't know the different between 80g, 140g and 180g tote bags. Which should I pick? Scroll down to our 'understanding bag weights' section to find out which is best for you.

    Upload your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button and place your order at the checkout. Please upload file types: EPS, SVG, PDF or high resolution PNG's.

  • Step 2

    Our design team will email print proofs for you to approve. We will aim to get them back to you the same day of purchase (make sure to check your spam folder).

  • Step 3

    Once you have approved your print proofs, your order will be placed straight into production for manufacturing. There's no going back from here, so make sure to check your proofs carefully!

  • Step 4

    Sit back, relax and let us take it from here. Your order will arrive within the next 10-12 working days.

Whilst we don't currently offer this product, we can always try and source a more sustainable option to fit with your brand ethos. Please get in touch with our team and we'll help out best we can.

The printable area on our tote bags is 300mm x 260mm. If you would like an edge -to edge print or handle printing, please get in touch with our team about fully customisable tote bags.

Unfortunately we do not offer a designing service. We would recommend using programme like Canva to create your designs. This is a free and easy to use online software.

Whilst our production times are very accurate, we can sometimes speed up the process by upgrading your order to express. If you have an urgent deadline, please get in touch with our team and provide us with as many details as you can.
