Yes, absolutely. Once you order has been placed, our team will email your production proofs for your approval. We will aim to get these back to you the same day, but please allow for up to 48 hours. If you don't receive them in this time frame, please check your spam folder.
If you've accidently placed an order without uploading your artwork, don't worry. Please email us at info@brandmytote.com with your name, order number and artwork files.
Whilst we don't currently offer this product, we can always try and source a more sustainable option to fit with your brand ethos. Please get in touch with our team and we'll help out best we can.
Our tote bags are made with the best quality materials, however proper care should be taken when looking after your totes. Try refrain from machine washing the bags, however if this is required, wash them on a cool wash only with similar colour items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a designing service. We would recommend using programme like Canva to create your designs. This is a free and easy to use online software.
Whilst are production times are very accurate, we can sometimes speed up the process by upgrading your order to express. If you have an urgent deadline, please get in touch with our team and provide us with as many details as you can.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black) — the four primary ink colors used in full-color printing. By combining these inks in varying proportions, CMYK creates a wide range of colors, making it ideal for high-quality, vibrant prints like those on tote bags. If you would like your bag to be Pantone matched, please include it in the notes section when uploading your artwork.
All of our bags come with full colour CMYK printing, meaning you can have a full range of colours including in your designs. Unlike most printing companies, you pay per colour in the artwork, whereas with us, you pay just once, for as many colours as you like.
